A drink with Cajfia viade, or Syrian ^ezu,'] Water boiled with a proper quantity of Caffia or Honey, efpecially with the addition of orange or lemon juice, will prove a grate- ful drink, and at the fame time open the body; which -is fo ne- celTary in the beginning of the fmall pox. This Ihould be pre- ceded, according to the urgency of the fymptonos, by one or more vomits; to which Nature genei-ally points, by beginning this difeafe with a vomiting. Or,
