PUERPERAL PYREXIA Duiing the year, there were 8 cases notified as coii^jared with 10 in 1936. There were 2 deaths duri'ig the year. CERESRO-SPIHAL PEYER During the year Corobro-spinal P'-V^r broho ou.t and in respect to this outbreak, a comprehensive report has been r>neparcd and has re- ceived attention from the Health Cominittco. Lp to 31st D'.ccmber, 5 civiliaiis wore aomitted from the Borcu.gh, 2 of tji,.se were P.D.C. cases ad- mitted thro'ugh the Tar Memorial Hospital. Of the other 3> one was ad- mitted for observation but v/a.s found not to be suffering from the disease. Oiie nurse -.rho had been nursing G.S.P. cases in Crocsne\.ydd Hospital was admit'icd and 1 other civilian ca-se. In addition to this, there were 11 non-civilian cases and of those, one died. The outbreak ?;as fully discussed in the Health Comraittcc and representatives of the Borough mot representatives of fne Ai'my at the Bari’acles and discussed various aspects of the outbreak, special attention being paid to the state of the billets in the tov.n.
