    99th ANNUAL REPORT. The year covered by the Report is the first since we have been in the New Hospital in which every Department has been in full working order. Details of the work done are given on page 8, from which it will be seen there has been a great increase, more particularly in the Electrical Department. It is very satisfactory to note that the average stay of patients has been reduced by one day, which can be attributed mainly to the benefits received from electrical treatment, particularly in fracture cases. Summary of Income and Expenditure. During the year there was a very satisfactory increase in the Income. This amounted to £9,398 3s. 6d., as against £8,007 7s- II(^- last year.
