![Appointment of New Committee or Receiver (a). The Masters have the power to appoint a new Committee [or Receiver] where the original Committee [or Receiver] (1) Has failed to oomplete his seourity, (2) Is dead, (3) Has a receiving order in bankruptcy made against him, or (4) Absconds or goes to reside permanently abroad. In all these cases before the original Committee [or Receiver] obtains his discbarge, he will be required to account as men- tioned in Rule 81 in Appendix A. Summons to appoint New Committee or Receiver on death of former one. (Formal heading and other parts.) (1) The applicant may be appointed Committee of the estate of the above-named John Smith in the place of , deceased [or the applicant may be appointed Receiver of the estate of the above-named John Smith in the place of , deceased, and may be authorised to exorcise such of the pmcers of a Committee of the estate as were formerly exercised by the said , deceased], and all necessary and consequential directions may be given to enable the applicant to receive and apply the income of the said John Smith for his maintenance and benefit, and to manage his estate as directed by the order dated the , 1897, appointing the said , deceased, Committee [or Receiver'].
