![Commands : Feet full—open. Left (or right) foot outward—plack. Recover—place (or, Recover). [Coiinnon faults: Bending the knee of the back leg as the foot is moved. Resting too much of the body weight on the back leg. iNIoving the shoulder with the foot. Dragging the foot in returning to position.] (v) Foot Placing Fovivard. (Foot Fovivard Place Position.) The foot is moved about two foot-lengths straight forward and placed parallel to its original position with the feet Full open or Open.
