![(y\) Toe Support Placing (Outward, Forward, or Sideivays). These three posi- tions correspond wiili the Foot placings. The toe, however, alone rests on the ground, the heel being raised and the foot and ankle stretched. (See Figs. 21 and 22.) The weiglit of the body rests on the stationary foot.''
