    will be very greatly increased to patients of every description, if they can soon obtain such assist- ance from the Public, as will enable them to fi- nish, and furnish a portion of the building already begun, which is more particularly intended for the accommodation of patients who may be re- ceived at the lowest rate of board. It was agreed by the General Meeting of Contri- butors, that the Printed Regulations presented by the Managers should be adopted and observed du- ring the course of the year 1814; and that they should again be taken into consideration at the next annual meeting, to be held on the last Monday of January 1815. On the suggestion of the Managers, the following Proposals, for endeavouring to obtain aid from the benevolent, for finishing a part of the building al- ready begun, which is intended for the reception of pauper Lunatics, were unanimously adopted.
