When there is any Degree of an Inflammation, it will be neceflary to bleed; and, in cafe the Malady is external, to have recourfe to the Bread and Milk Pultice, Ointment of Elder- Flowers with an Opiate mixed in it, in the Proportion of two:Scruples of Opium to an Ounce of the Ointment, and to fet over a Pan, and receivethe Steams of hot Water, by way of Fomentation.
