![ANTENATAL CLINICS Autciiatal clinics were held throughout the year, twice weekly at Hamilton Square, and once weekly at the North Clinic. An antenatal clinic was opened at the South CJinic on tlie 11th Deceniher, t\v<j sessions being held. Clinics were held f>n 147 occasions; the nunihcr of jjatients dealt with being 911 and the total numher of attendancr.'^ made being d,88S. Of this total 114 }jatients carried over froni 18d4 made 588 attendances. Condition with regard to pregnancy.—The condition with regard to 2->regnaiicy of the 797 new cases at the time of their first visit was as follows: — (<'t) '2:11 were in their first jjregnancy. (5) 590 were in their secoiid or subsequent ])regnancy (LJ4 of these jjatients had attended the clinic during a ja-evious ])regnancy; 67 during two [irevious pregnaiieit's; 97 during three jn-evioiis pregnancies; 19 during four ]'re- vious pregnanci(.*s; 9 during five lU’evious j»regnancies ; 5 during si.x [n-evious pregnancies; and 1 during seven i)revious 2>i’egnancies). (c) 76 were not ijregnant.
