There shall also be deposited in the fund amounts received by the Sec- retary in connection with loans and loan guarantees under this section and other property or assets de- rived by the Secretary from operations respecting such loans and loan guarantees, including any money derived from the sale of assets. “(2) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.— There are authorized to be appropriated $100,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1995 through 2005, and such additional amounts as may be necessary to provide the sums required for the fund.
