FACILITATING THE PARTICIPATION OF COMMUNITY PROVIDERS IN HEALTH PROFESSIONS TRAIN- (1) by inserting after ‘or 767,” the following: “or under sections 777 and 778, in addition to pref- erences stated in such sections,’’; and (2) by striking subparagraphs (A) and (B) and inserting the following new subparagraphs: (A) is (or is a co-applicant with) an entity that receives support under section 329, 330, or 340, or that is certified as a federally qualified health center under section 1861(aa)(4) of the Social Security Act; and “(B) either— “() has a high rate for placing grad- uates in practice settings having the prin- ciple focus of serving residents of medically underserved communities; or “(i) during the 2-year period preced- ing the fiscal year for which such an award is sought, has achieved a significant in-
