When I was honoured with the Jacksonian Prize Mr. Travers’s second part on Constitutional Irrita- tion had not appeared. It has been gratifying to me to find that, on many important points, especially in relation to treatment, [ am sanctioned by the authority of this eloquent writer and philosophical observer.
