Description

Using an informal documentary style, the film depicts the methods of communication between parents and their children and how parents create a bond with their babies through talking to and playing with them. Some of the developmental milestones are mentioned. Six families are shown, where ages of the children vary from newborn to fifteen months. One of these is a Black British family.

One copy was donated to the collection by B. Valman who asserted how popular this title was (together with a film he produced on breastfeeding, also in the collection).
