Other inftances might be brought, but ~ let thefe fuffice: and indeed I think if I _ had mentioned only one of them, that one would have been fufficient to eftablifh my pofition, that God confiittent with his own invariable nature and attributes, may, and does frequently permit, and even ordain that to be done, under fome cafes and cir- cumitances, which under others he abfo- _lutely forbids as wrong and finful.
