A Child’s History of England, First Epirion, 3 vol. frontispiece, has the word “whom” in the dedication intact, original cloth sm. 8vo. 1852-4 Dickens (C.) Lirrie Dorrit, FIRST EDITION in the original 19/20 parts, with all the wrappers and advertisements, plates by H. K. Browne, name or initials of an original subscriber on front wrapper of 10 parts, has the slip inserted at p.481 regarding the wrong name, nine of the parts are entirely unopened, two leaves in part IV have been carelessly cut, a few plates very slightly foxed, otherwise a very fie copy with brilhant im- pressions of the plates, enclosed in a cloth case, lettered 8vo. Bradbury and Evans, 1855-7 ** Included is a second issue of part XV, showing the correction “ Blandois ” for Rigaud in Chapter 17, pp. 469-74; duplicate plates in part III; and nine copies of the Morisonian Monu- ment leaflet each one of a different coloured paper.
