I understand that you J plan to arrive on Ozark 571 at 6:53 p.m. on Sunday June 1st and leave on I Wednesday morning, June 3rd. I have arranged for funds from our Neurobiology Training Grant to cover your travel costs, and all local expenses you and your wife have while you are here. Probably some additional support will be available as well. I also will reserve a room for you and your wife, pick you up at the airport, etc. In addition, I have included information and guides to Nashville in case there is anything specific you would like to visit or see while you are here. Perhaps you would like to go out to dinner and rest on Sunday. Monday or Tuesday or both might be good for a social gathering at my house. We could have time during Monday and Tuesday for visits to laboratories and discussions. You suggested that you would be willing to talk informally with a small group of local neuroscientists, so I will arrange a conference room on Monday or Tuesday. (Should I announce a title?)
