![other licensing body, whose Curriculum is equivalent to that of the Faculty, who may have their residence beyond the limits already declared to be those within which Resident Fellows must be located. The proposal for admission must be in writing, signed by at least four Resident* Fellows. It must lie on the table for two months. The election must be by Ballot, and if the Candidate has a majority of the votes of the Fellows present, he shall be admitted as a Non- resident Fellow, on taking the usual affirmation (see Appen- dix), and paying Twenty-five Pounds to the funds of the Faculty. In the case, however, of Licentiates of Faculty, this affirmation may be dispensed with. 9. If the Candidate be a Licentiate of Faculty, he shall be entitled to have deducted from the above Entrance-fee whatever sum he may have previously paid to the Faculty for his License. ] 0. Non-resident Fellows, who have never been Resident Fellows, shall not be entitled to interfere with the affairs of the Faculty, nor be interested in the property thereof. They shall, however, be allowed to attend and vote at the annual election of Office-bearers, in October. 11. Non-resident Fellows, who may have been previ- ously Resident Fellows, shall continue to enjoy their former privileges ; but shall have no right to interfere in the admi- nistration of the aftairs of the Faculty, nor to vote at any ol the Meetings, except the annual election of Office-bearers. 12.
