Wages are about two hundred roubles per annum, and two suits of clothes, comprizing shube, tcliekmen, two pair of trowsers, two shirts, and shoes of ox-hide; also an allow- ance of two or two and a half measures of corn per month. Russian tchetvert iz: 5| bushels English. Do. pound rz 12 ounces do. 3 lb. Russian zz: 4 lb. Tatar zz ] oka. 13 oka zz 1 pood. MONEY : 1 rouble = lOOkopeeks. 5 kopeeks = 1 petaek.
