    The approach to the various problems will differ: in some instances the main task of the FAO regional office will be to collect and disseminate information, while other problems involve the organization of joint research projects. The regional office should keep itself fully informed on what is being done in the different countries to follow up the recommendations of this Committee, and keep in close touch with nutrition workers in the region and with regional organizations of specialized agencies of the United Nations. It should provide working papers and secretariat for meetings of the regional nutrition committee. [21]
