![[ 4° ] Seven o’clock, continues free from com- plaint ; puife 96. Sumat. opii gr. ifs. January 14. Headach returned about four this morning, accompanied by fome chil- nefs, but without rigors. It went off about noon ; and again recurred about four P. M. At fix in the evening I faw him; he was hot, the violence of headach was fome what abated, and his puife 112, full, and rather hard. Hora decubitus fumat opii gr. ij. 15. Headach and rigors returned with violence, between one and two in the morn- ing. I faw him at half pad nine A. M. the headach was then fomewhat eaiier, the chief 4 pain ccnhned to the left temple, and round the eye ; he is affeffed with coldnefs and tre- mors ; puife counted at the flexure of the cu- bit 100, but it cannot be perceived at the wrift.
