During the year we endeavoured to improve the places when ice cream is manufactured. The response of the traders wai satisfactory but, again, the usual shortages prevented any earl} improvement. Two traders, who were prepared to carry ou all our suggestions in the adaption of buildings, were refused th( necessary licences by the Regional Officer of the Ministry o Works.
