$that particular calling which is the objeft of the grant, from being en- croached on by unfreemen or others, who are not admitted members of fuch fociety. ” § 9tk, Becaufe the abrogation of that afl would not authorife any en- croachment on the rights of other corporate bodies, which would remain as entire, as if no fuch act had ever been thought of.
