![LUNACY DISTRICTS (SCOTLAND) ACT, 1887 [50 & 51 Vict. Ch. 39]. (2) ORDER AND REGULATIONS ISSUED BY THE GENERAL BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IN LUNACY FOR SCOTLAND, IN REGARD TO THE ALTERING AND VARYING OF THE. ABERDEEN LUNACY DISTRICT AND THE KINCARDINE LUNACY DISTRICT. THE ORDER. An application having been made to the General Board of Commissioners 1n Lunacy for Scotland by the Aberdeen Parish Council to alter and vary the Aberdeen Lunacy District, at present consisting of the County of Aberdeen, and also to alter and vary the Kincardine Lunacy District, at present consisting of the County of Kincardine, the General Board of Commissioners in Lunacy for Scotland do hereby, in virtue of the powers conferred upon them by the Lunacy Districts _ (Scotland) Act, 1887, alter and vary the Aberdeen Lunacy District, and_also the Kincardine Lunacy District, by erecting the following Lunacy Districts, namely :— 1. The Aberdeen County Lunacy District,which shall consist of the County of Aberdeen, exclusive of the Parish of Aberdeen. 2. The Aberdeen City Lunacy District, which shall consist of the Parish of Aberdeen, the portion thereof which is in the County of Kincardine being dis- joined from the Kincardine Lunacy District. THE REGULATIONS. The General Board of Commissioners in Lunacy for Scotland do further, in virtue of the powers conferred upon them by the Lunacy Districts (Scotland) Act, 1887, make and issue the following Regulations which they consider necessary in consequence of the alteration of the Aberdeen and Kincardine Lunacy Districts made by the foregoing order :— 1..There shall be elected by the County Council of Aberdeen and the Magistrates of Peterhead nine persons who shall be a Board to be the District Lunacy Board for the Aberdeen County Lunacy District, of whom eight shall be elected by the County Council of Aberdeenshire and one by the Magistrates of the Burgh of Peterhead. The first election of this Board shall take place ata time and place to be fixed by the General Board. 2. The District Lunacy Board for the Aberdeen City Lunacy District shall be the Parish Council of Aberdeen. 3. The present Aberdeen District Lunacy Board shall remain in office as the District Lunacy Board of the Aberdeen County Lunacy District until a fresh Board is elected. 4, The General Board reserve the power from time to time to alter and amend these Regulations as the Public interest may require and experience suggest, and also, at the request of either of the Boards of the new Lunacy Districts, to hear and determine all questions or disputes which may arise between them, out of the division of the Aberdeen and Kincardine Lunacy Districts by the foregoing Order, or as to the interpretation, meaning, or effect of, or any other question arising out of, the foregoing Order and these Regulations, or any of them, or otherwise in any manner of way. 5.
