    Requipements. Ash closets are still required at South Row, Percy Row, and Brick Row, Seaton Belaval. Camp Terrace and Double Row, Seaton Delaval, should be converted into double houses in order to allow throug’h ventilation and provide more accommodation for the largest families m the neighbourhood. Sewage should be conveyed m closed pipes from Avenue Head to the sea. Water Supply. The Tynemouth Corporation being now prepared to give a supply of water to the Authorities adjoining the main pipe line, I would recommend that the present water supply at New Delaval ' be discontinued and a supply obtained from the Tynemouth Corporatior]. It is essential that all mains and service pipes at Seaton Delaval should be directly connected up to the main pipe, and not as at present, as there are places in this district where water cannot be obtained owing to the want of pressure. Hospitals. 1. —Steam disinfector for bedding, &c. 2. — An observation ward for Earsdon Grange Hospital. 3. -—Two “ contact ’ wards for Small Pox at Scaffold Hill Hospital. 4. —The telephone at Hospital Inspector’s house should be con¬ nected with the trunk line, in order to ensure expeditious removal of cases to Hospital. When this is obtained, your Inspector of Nuisances should be provided with a telephone. Inspeetop of Nuisances Report. TABJ.E I.
