    HEALTH SERVICE COMMISSIONER First Report for Session 1982-83 Selected Investigations completed April—September 1982 Section 119(4) of the National Health Service Act 1977 and Section 96(5) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, as amended by the Health Services Act 1980, empower me as Health Service Commissioner for England, for Scotland and for Wales to make such reports to the Secretaries of State with respect to my functions as I think fit. The Appendix to this Report contains a selection of the individual reports issued during the months April to September 1982.
