Since the firft edition of this work made its appearance, I have had an opportunity of feeing the good effedl of the method defcribed in it, in one patient, a labouring man, about forty years of age, who had voided portions of the Tenia lata, at different times, during the fpace of five or fix years. He had taken many of the popular remedies, but from none of them had received any permanent relief.
