SIR, TJAVING been for fevera] Years pad much af- flidled with afcorbutlc Diforder, which fhewcd itfelf externally on my Shoulders, Neck, and Ears, infomuch that my Ears have been often ulcerated, and my Neck overfpread with Scales, like the Scales of a Filh : I had almoft a continued Pain and Dif- order, with a Pain at my Stomach; I lod my Ap¬ petite, my Completion changed to a yellow Hue, and, in diort, I was in a very bad State of Health, but am now, by the Ufe of your Maredant’s Drops, perfectly recovered. You may Ihew this Letter to any of your Patients, or make what other Ufe of it you pleafe, as I think in Gratitude I ought to acknowledge to you, and to the World, how much I owe to your Medicine, the Recovery of my Health from that of a very bad Conftitution. 1 aniy with great Efleem^ July 6^6.
