    VIII, Twenty-one governors fhall be chofen at the firft general meeting every year, who fhall form a committee, to meet at the Dif- jr* • • • ' t ' penfary on the third Thurfday in every month, for conducing the affairs of this Charity* This committee to be open to the prefident, vice-prefidents, freafurer, and governors for life of this Charity, who fhall be intitled to vote, except fuch perfons as may be interefted in the matter underdebate. Three of them fhall form a quorum, one of whom to be of the chofen committee, • ■ - j IX. i 4 The laft committee in Oftober fhall nominate proper perfons as a committee for the year enfoing, in which not more than fourteen of the former committee fhall re- main, nor any one to be continued in long- er than three years fucceffively: this nomi- nation to be fubjeft to the approbation or alteration of the next general meeting.
