LETTERS PATENT to William Edward Newton, of the Office for Patents, 66, Chancery Lane, in the County of Middlesex, Civil Engineer, for the | Invention of “ The Application of certain Substances not hitherto Used for Food as a Source of Nutrition and Support to the Respiratory Organs of Animals.”—A communication from Henry Wright Adams, of Brooklyn, in the County of Kings and State of New York, one of the United States of America. Sealed the 3rd September 1857, and dated the 25th April 1857. PROVISIONAL SPECIFICATION left by the said William Edward Newton at the Office of the Commissioners of Patents, with his Petition, on the 25th April 1857.
