Doctor IIarvy It is graunted that Mr. Doctor Harvy Pliisicon shall have his stipend beinge xxvld p. ann’ aug- mented to the some of 33ld 06’ 08d in consideracon that he doe relinquishe all his claime of any form' graunt of a howse in Smitlifeild late in the tenure of Widowe Allen \vch was ordered for him whoe hath refused to take the same uppon such condicons as this court hath thought fitt. Dr. Harvey This day Doctor Harvey Pliisicon to this hos- pitall declared to this court that he is comaunded by the Kings most excellent mat} to attend the illustrious Prince the nowe Duke of Lenox4 in his travells beyond the seas, and therefore desireth that this court would allowe of Smith Doctor in Phisick for his deputy in p’formance of the office of pliisicon for the poore of this hospitall duringe his absence.
