Dr. Mott stated that it was a case of Psoriasis Palmaris in a more ulcerated condition than is ordinarily the case with this disease. By making a glove of oil silk and covering it with this tobacco ointment, the patient will at least be freed from some of the itching, and the parts may, in a great measure, be deprived of their inflammatory tendencies. Case XII.—EXOMPHALOS. William Henry, get. 10 months, was brought to the Clinique by his m.other to be treated for Umbilical Hernia.
