Description
A courtyard of the Grand Palace, Bangkok, with a large unrolled carpet on the right hand side. The three young princes sit beside a tamarind tree. Pages abase themselves in front of a tree in the centre, while others sit cross-legged by the far wall. A shadowy figure appears at the extreme lower right hand corner.
