My Lord, I have the honour to transmit for your information copies of a series of Resolutions* passed by the Q ua^^antine Board of this Colony relative to the adoption of an uniform system of qua7'antine throughout the West Indies. So far as concerns the British Colonies I have asked the Governors of the Colonies noted in the margin to be good enough to send me copies of the Laws, Regulations and Proclamations in force in the Colonies included in their Governments, f The question is of undoubted importance, and I shall be glad to know lohether Her Majesty's Govetmment will endeavour to secure the co-operation of the Foreign Governments concerned.
