A roller bandage may also be used in all cases where it is thought advisable, either with or without the me- tallic bands. The special object of their employment has been mentioned heretofore. [FIGURE TIL] The application of the lower half of the double-inclined plane, for the purpose of accomplishing extension and counter-extension, in cases of fracture below the knee, is well represented in figure 8.
