[Correct surname given in original.] (10) [Written by B6 October 9th, 1898.] Dear Dr. Wilson I daresay you will be very much surprised to hear that I am staying in Suffolk for another Holiday I daresay this will be the last this summer so I am going to stay for a fortnight or a little over. I am enjoying myself immensly and I went blackberrying this morning and I daresay I gathered two or three lbs. I am staying with one of Mother’s friends she is such a nice lady and she keeps a farm house there are plenty of Horses Ducks Chickins Pigs Bullocks Etc and I am feeling A1 and I am getting quite a country girl I shall soon know how to feed chickens and all kinds of things. I think this is all at present so Goodbye Hoping you are quite well I remain yours Truly M. Barnes.
