Another copy of the same work. The colophon, which obviously does not relate to the present copy, but to its original, proves that the work was written at any rate before 775/1373-4. Colophon: pili gectly الله‎ ete كيسو بن على كاكا الصفر‎ سنة خمسين [522] وسبعين وسبعماثة حامدا لله‎ تعالى ومصلّيا على نبيه الخ On the margins are many notes by a scholar who describes himself at the end of many of them as .الكامل الملتانى‎ 1350 Foll. 256-303; 84x 54 in. ll. 19; clear naskhi; rubrications; somewhat worm-eaten and water- stained; margins repaired; last folio torn away; 17th century. [DELHI 637] wall al fl al-Risalah al-Makkiyah. A manual of Sifism ascribed in the Cairo Catalogue (vir 12) to ‘Afif al-Din ‘Abd Allah ibn As‘ad al-Yafi‘i (d. 768/1367), but attributed in a note on fol. 25664 of this copy to Qutb al-Din Dimashdi. The latter attribution receives some support from the fact that H. Kh. (111 445) mentions a work Outb al-Din ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Aiman al-Isfahidi: and the Bankipore Catalogue has accepted this ascription, and shows that the author belongs to the 8/14th century (XIII 177), since he mentions that the Shaikh of his Shaikh was ‘Abd al- Rahman Kasragi (d. 700/1300). The author relates in his preface that this book was written at Mecca, and then revised and A. A.M. 161 enlarged at Damascus. [DELHI 18694] al‏ القدسية فى أسرار النقطة الحسيه al-Risalah al-Qudsiyah fi asrar‏ al-nuqtah al-hissityah.‏ A dissertation on the esoteric significances of the diacritical points, by ‘Ali ibn Shihab al-Din al-Husaini al-Hamadhani (d. 786/ 1385, see H. Kh. mr 427, Brockelmann 11 221). In this copy the title of the work is given in the colophon as :اسرار النقطة‎ the fuller title (see Loth 195) occurs at the end of the work itself.
