A centennial medal is said to have been issued at Berlin, of which the details have not yet reached me. RUSSIA. 16. There has also been a centennial medal struck at St. Petersburg, but its description has not been received. ITALY. Jenner’s name appears upon the two medals of Dr. Sacco of Milan. THE UNITED STATES. A week after the meeting at Atlanta, the following medal was issued by the Medical Society of the County of Kings (Brooklyn, N. Y.), to commemorate its own very successful Jenner celebration. It is to be regretted that, through inad¬ vertence, the locality of the society was omitted from the medal. 17. Obverse. Bust, with queue, to left.
