Ice Cream 77 samples were submitted for examination with the following results: Grade i: 63; Grade 2: 14; Grade 3: —•; Grade 4: —■. VouT sam])les of ice cream were taken in order to ascertain the quality of the product, which is based on a Fat Content Standard of 5%. All samples were found to be satisfactory. Gnce again the sam})ling results were satisfactory and show con- tinued care on the part of manufacturers.
