This belonged to Robert Baker. One page per person, 138 patients are covered, and for each patient details of fee paid and sometimes other notes; later entries all include diagnosis. There is a name index at front. Also included is a list of chancery patients at the beginning of the volume and at the end are other notes, eg 3rd Gallery Head Attendant's duties, some specific funeral arrangements.
