Description
The Bhagavad Gita, a philosophical dialogue in the form of a poem, has been used for every purpose including justification of war. While examining its history and content the programme provides information about the origin of Buddhism, the rivalry between Buddhism and Hinduism and how the Bhagavad Gita became a political weapon at various times including the present day dispute over Kashmir.
