It is made in accordance with tlie Regulations of tlie Ministry of Health which prescribe the duties of the Medical Officer of Health, and their Circular No. 103/50, dated 12th October, 1950. The proportions contributed by the various Riparian Authorities towards expenses incurred by the Port Health Authority for the year ended 31st March, 1950 are as follows: County Borough of Newport, 94.01 per cent.; the Rural District Council of Magor and St. Mellons, .53 per cent.; City and County Borough of Cardiff, 5.46 per cent.
