Description

Behind the scenes at a physiology laboratory portrayed humorously. Hard to follow for the non-expert; the narrator endeavours to explain oscillatory potential. A laboratory technician at an electro-radiation machine reads The Radio Times. There are scenes at the dock yard. Comments are made about experimental frogs from different countries (frogs under bell jars with flags from different nationalities).
