Extracts (notes to statement of mizes due from the different counties) : it is to be humblie offered to the considerac’on of the prince his councell, whether a termor for yeares of a lo’p marcher shall have mizes therein, or the prince his highnes, for in the lo’p of Arustley' ten’nt for yeares claymeth the mize, for which cause in 3U0 [tercio] of his Ma’ties reigne it was set in sup’. And so was likewise sett in sup’ in the begining of the late queene’s time. If this shall so fall out it will prejudice the prince in his mize T300- There doth not apeare in the records of Soutlnvales any reason wherefore there was not answered some mize out of Glamorgan- shire, both in tertio of his Ma’ts reigne and alsoe in the begining of the late queene. 1 The name of the tenant has not been inserted.
