The estimate for the repairs is ,£1,005 is., exclusive of the old materials. 2 The inundations are said to have been occasioned by the overflowing ot the rivers Severn and Verniow [Vyrnwy], owing to excessively heavy rains in June, 1781, June, July, and August, 1782, and June, 1783.
