Haden and Sons, and have to ask the Councils to approve thereof, and to sanction, in the pro¬ portions agreed upon between them, the outlay in carrying out the same at a cost, to cover all additions and incidentals, not exceeding £17,000. We append to this Report “ Notes and Propositions” sub¬ mitted to us by Dr. Cooke at our request wdien first contemplating the above extensions, and which the Councils may find useful in considering this Report. We would especially refer to page 7 of these “ Notes,” which sets out the causes, which in Dr. Cooke’s opinion, and in 'which wre concur, which conduce to the continued increase in the number of our Patients.
