A short enquiry into the causes of the present alarming dearth of coals In which are suggested, the probable means of reducing the price of that article upwards of thirty per cent. Interspersed with some cursory remarks on the benefits that would accrue from such reduction to the trade and manufactures of Ireland, particularly by its relieving the pressing wants of the poor.
