Reasons offered for the reformation of the House of Correction in Clerkenwell shewing, I. The present state of this goal, the Debauchery of the Prisoners and the miserable Condition they are in from the Want of a Sufficiency of Food, &c. II. Proposals in what manner these evils may be prevented for the future; humbly submitted to the Consideration of the Magistrates and Inhabitants of the County of Middlesex.
