A declaration signed by Archibald Hutcheson Esq; and given to several of his acquaintance, soon after he had perus'd the examination of Christopher Layer, in the Appendix to the report of the Secret Committee; in Which Layer has made Mention of His Name, as One of Burford's Club; Which the said Layer, in his Examination, saith, he was told by one Plunket.

First report from the Committee of Secrecy , To whom the several Papers referred to In His Majesty's Message Of The 12th Of May, 1794 And which were presented (sealed up) to the House, by MR. A report from the Lords committees to whom the report and original papers delivered by the House of Commons at several conferences were referred , And who were Impowered by the House of Lords to Examine Christopher Layer, and such other Persons as they from time to time should think proper; and to whom several Informations and Papers laid before the House by His Majesty's Command relating to the Conspiracy mentioned in His Majesty's Speech at the Opening of this Parliament, to be carrying on against his Person and Government, were referred. Which Report was made by His Grace the Duke of Dorset On Tuesday the Twenty Third of April, 1723. Together with the Appendix, containing Examinations, Letters and other Papers referred to in the said Report. As also The Resolution of the House thereupon, and the Thanks given to the Lords Committees by the Lord Chancellor by Order of the House. Publish'd by Order of the House of Lords.

A letter, dated London 20 March 1723, directed a monsieur monsieur gordon, banquier a bologne, with draughts of two affidavits inclosed, prepared here, to be sworn by Mr. Gordon at Bologne, and Mr. Birmingham at Paris . With depositions of Anthony Sanderson and Roger Garth, taken before the Lord Carteret the 30th of March 1723, relating to the intercepting the aforesaid letter. Laid before the House of Commons by His Majesty's command. Publish'd by order of the House of Commons.
