To the officers of the army the singular and interesting case of Patrick Dillon, Esq. Late Surgeon of the 64th Regiment of Foot, who was lately dismissed from His Majesty's service in consequence of having sent a challenge to Robert Hedges, Esq. late Captain in the 67th Regiment, for Defamation on the late Court-Martial which was held for the Trial of Major Browne.
