    An authentic and impartial copy of the trial of Sir Hugh Palliser , vice-admiral of the Blue, held on board His Majesty's ship the Sandwich, in Portsmouth Harbour on Monday, April 12, 1779, and continued by several adjournments to Wednesday the 5th of May, 1779. Taken in short hand, by a person who attended during the whole trial. And published by order of his friends.

Joseph Peyton, president. For refusing to do duty under a junior lieutenant, appointed first lieutenant by Admiral Darby. With Mr. Stopford's defence and acquittal. Published from the Judge Advocate's copy of the Trial.
